Can I make a refund request?
Australia e-Visa requires 02 types of e-visa fees: the government fee and the service fee. The government fee is the money that you pay directly to the Australian government and is non-refundable. The service fee is spent to receive the support including document preparation, procedure consultation, and boosting your visa success rate.
If you want to make a refund request, you can cancel your visa application by sending an email to [email protected] for an evaluation. However, the government fee is not refundable regardless of the result; any changes will be counted as a new application, and you must pay another amount of fee to cover the visa procedure.
The service fee will be refunded when you cancel your visa application. The refund sum will be returned based on the cancellation policy, and the money will be reimbursed accordingly to the person who made the payment to us.
Please note that the refund procedure may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking processes. If the refund is credited to a credit card or a bank account, any associated bank fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
