How much is an Australian e-visa (ETA) for Bruneian citizens?

To apply for an Australian e-Visa (ETA), Bruneian citizens are required to pay two separate fees: the Government fee and the Service fee.

Government fee

The Government fee is charged by the Australian Government to process your Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) application. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is approved or refused.

Service fee

If you apply through Australia Visa Services, you will also pay a Service fee. This fee covers application processing, document review, customer support, and optional expedited processing.

You can choose from three processing options based on how quickly you need your ETA:

Standard Service – US$59

Recommended for travelers applying well in advance of their departure.

Urgent Service – US$79

Estimated processing time: 24 working hours

Super Urgent Service – US$99

Estimated processing time: 5 working hours

Total cost

The total amount you pay will be the Government fee (US$60) plus the Service fee based on the processing option you select.

Choosing the right processing speed depends on your travel schedule. If you are planning your trip well in advance, the Standard Service is the most economical option. However, if you need your ETA quickly, the Urgent or Super Urgent Service can help you receive your travel authorization in a shorter timeframe.
