Can I request a refund?
Australian Immigration Services involves two types of e-visa fees: the government fee and the service fee. The government fee is paid directly to the Australian government, while the service fee covers document preparation, procedure consultations, and enhancing your visa approval chances.
If you wish to request a refund, you can cancel your visa application by emailing [email protected] for an examination. However, please note that the government fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. The service fee is refundable upon canceling your visa application, following our cancellation policy. The refunded amount will be processed according to the original payment method.
Keep in mind that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures. Any bank fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refunded amount if the refund is credited to a credit card or bank account.
