What is the maximum length of stay with Australia online e-visa?
The Australian tourist e-visa, also referred to as the Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) or e-visa, usually remains valid for multiple entries for 12 months from the date of issuance. Each stay under this visa can last up to a maximum of 3 months (90 days) at a time.
Australia Immigration Services offers two distinct types of e-visas for Australia. Please review the descriptions below and choose the most suitable visa for your trip:
- Tourist e-Visa: This visa allows multiple entries for tourism, leisure, and vacation purposes exclusively. It is valid for one year from the date of issuance, permitting a maximum of 90 days on each visit.
- Business e-Visa: The business e-visa is intended for short-term business trips, work conferences, etc. It is also valid for one year from the date of issuance, with a maximum stay of 90 days on each visit.
Please keep in mind that these e-visas do not grant Latvian citizens the right to work in Australia or engage in any employment activities. Apply for an online visa and start your journey in Australia today!
